VW Tayron Lease Deals
The Volkswagen Tayron is a newer, larger SUV that takes over from the Tiguan Allspace as Volkswagen's family-sized option. You can lease a Tayron from £279 a month ex VAT (24-month term, 5,000 miles a year, 12 monthly payments up front). It is part of our car leasing range.
Why choose the Tayron?
- Room to spare. It is bigger than the Tiguan, with more space for passengers and luggage. Check the specification of the version you want for the seating layout, including whether seven seats are available.
- A new model. The Tayron is a recent arrival, so you get up-to-date technology and safety features.
- Comfortable and refined. It suits drivers who cover long distances.
- Competitive pricing. The petrol Tayron starts at a price close to the smaller Tiguan in our range.
Petrol or diesel?
We list both. The petrol version has the lowest starting price. Diesel suits drivers who spend a lot of time on the motorway, though it carries a slightly higher monthly price in our range. Diesel cars can also be taxed differently as company cars, so think about this alongside the monthly rental. We also list a limited-edition version at a higher price.
Tayron or Tiguan?
If you do not need the extra space, the VW Tiguan is the smaller option and may suit you better. If you regularly carry more people or luggage, or want the newer model, take a closer look at the Tayron.
Benefit in kind (BiK) tax
Using a leased car privately, including commuting, will normally mean paying benefit in kind tax. The amount depends on the car's list price, CO2 emissions and your income tax band. We cannot give tax advice, so please check the current rates on the HMRC website or ask your accountant. Larger cars generally have a higher list price, which can affect the figure.
Business benefits of leasing a Tayron
- Fixed monthly cost. No resale risk when you hand it back.
- VAT. A VAT-registered business can usually reclaim 50% of the VAT on car rentals where there is any private use. Check with your accountant.
- Manufacturer warranty for much of the term.
- Cash flow. You keep capital free for the business.
