VW ID.7 Lease Deals
The Volkswagen ID.7 is Volkswagen's executive electric car, a large, comfortable and well-equipped alternative to the Passat. It comes as a hatchback and as a Tourer estate. You can lease an ID.7 from £276 a month ex VAT (24-month term, 5,000 miles a year, 12 monthly payments up front). It is part of our electric car leasing range.
Why choose the ID.7?

Hatchback or Tourer?
- Hatchback. A sleek, aerodynamic shape with a large boot opening.
- Tourer. The estate version, with extra load space for equipment, samples or luggage.

Benefit in kind (BiK) tax
Electric cars usually attract much less benefit in kind tax than petrol or diesel ones, though larger, higher-priced cars have a higher list price, which feeds into the calculation. Rates are set by HMRC and change over time, so please check the current figures on the HMRC website or ask your accountant. We cannot give tax advice.
Charging
Most of your charging will probably be at home or work. A home or depot charger lets you start each day full. For longer journeys, the ID.7 can use public rapid chargers. If you do very high mileage, check that the charging network along your usual routes meets your needs.
Business benefits of leasing an ID.7
- Fixed monthly cost. There is no battery or resale risk, because the funder takes the car back.
- VAT. A VAT-registered business can usually reclaim 50% of the VAT on car rentals where there is any private use. Check with your accountant.
- Warranty for much of the term.
- Cash flow. You keep your capital in the business.
